That means that we protect de confidentiality of our clients; we strive for accuracy when conveying the information; we remain impartial and objective, and do not take sides; we do not give opinions but respect your domain; we maintain the cultural and language correspondence of both parties; we use our professional judgment to decide when we could play an advocate role; and we stay current in all relevant aspects of our professional development.
